What We Offer

Our dedicated Homeowners Association department was created to meet the needs of Community Association boards.

From a simple post replacement to removing and replacing 2 miles of fence, our level of service does not change.

Commercial Fence understands the process from beginning to end. We start by helping you choose a product based on your community’s needs, including providing data and setting up free samples of the fence within the community. Next, we plan the installation process, showing you what sections of the fence will be completed and our plan to minimize the impact on the homeowners. The job is not complete until we have gone through a final walk of the new fence line with all representatives and have addressed any concerns that may arise.

At your next Association board meeting, we will present the proposed fence samples and explain the different options, availability, pricing, and maintenance requirements. Many of our products come with a 15, 20, 25, or 30-year manufacturer’s warranty. In addition to warranties, we can provide value studies on any product installed, showing the homeowners exactly what their association fees are buying.

We know that many hours of HOA volunteer time are invested in finding the right product and the right professional contractor to install the product, so we streamline the process for you!
